We offer fast ground or optional air shipping on most items in the Continental U.S.

Most orders ship out from our warehouse standard UPS Ground within three business days (Monday through Friday). Although most online orders are processed and delivered within three to five business days, please allow up to two to three weeks for delivery. Weekend and holiday orders are placed the next business day. When checking out, please specify a physical street address, as UPS will not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Most items are shipped as they become available, which may result in multiple shipments for a single order.

For special orders, items that we do not keep in stock, the time it takes to get the item is totally dependent on the availability of the item from the manufacturer. All special orders are filled in the order they were received. Special order items will be shipped as they become available.

For orders containing items that have special handling requirements, or items that are either too heavy or oversized for standard ground service, charges are based on the carrier's published rates... but may not include special fees imposed by the carrier at the time of delivery. All additional costs will be billed at the rate published by the carrier. Most items that require shipment via a freight truck are charged a fee based on the actual shipping weight of the total order. Often additional charges are assessed if the order is unloaded at a location without a dock (a good example of this is a residential address). All additional charges will be billed at the rate published by the freight company. All orders are subject to handling/insurance fees and there are additional charges for unboxed, oversized, or hazardous items. Please do not sign for any package that shows damage to the outside carton. Have the delivery driver note the damage on the bill of lading and refuse it. At Race2Win Motorsports, customer satisfaction is our #1 goal. If you're not satisfied with our products or our service, we'll be happy to work with you to make it right!

Each order is inspected before leaving our warehouse. If for some reason you are not satisfied, contact Race2Win Motorsports, Inc. to return any new or unused part within 30 days of the shipping date. We will refund the full merchandise purchase price. Refund will be in the original form of payment. Unfortunately, shipping and handling charges are not refundable and we cannot accept returns on any custom ordered part.

All returns must be in their original box and in “sellable” condition. Returns should be shipped to us prepaid (we are sorry, but we can not accept returns sent to us "collect") and we strongly suggest you send them via a carrier that can trace the location of a lost package. In addition, you may want to insure the part being returned to protect yourself against loss.

Make sure to include a copy of your invoice, along with a completed Return Authorization Form (RGA) (Available from Race2Win Motorsports, Inc.), in the box with the part(s) to be returned. Please include a note indicating how you would like us to handle your return. If you are requesting an exchange or if the part is defective please let us know. In addition, clearly mark the outside of each package with your, name and the assigned RGA number.

Defective merchandise is subject to factory inspection and approval prior to the issuing of credits. No processing, or restocking fees apply to the return of merchandise determined to be defective.

We generally process returns within 10 business days of their arrival. 

Each RGA issued is subject to a $4 processing fee and no additions to the RGA are allowed once it has been issued.

Any return after 30 days will be subject to a restocking fee (generally 20%) based on the condition of the part and the length of time that has passed prior to our being notified.

Be aware, we do not offer UPS call tag service at this time.
